 Hi there, we are Ash and Nikki.
We are two passionate, neurodiverse educators and mums who are dedicated to empowering and inspiring other educators, families and communities. 

We both have lived experience and professional expertise in early childhood, as well as firsthand experience raising our own neurodivergent children, we bring deep understanding, authenticity and compassion to everything we do. 

Our mission is to bring clarity, confidence and calm to early childhood spaces by sharing knowledge that is simple, practical and grounded in connection, nervous system science and relationship-based practice.We believe that when adults feel empowered, children feel safe 

 Through our service, Growth for Central Coast Children, we support families across the Central Coast with early intervention supports. Over the years, we’ve witnessed the growing need for holistic support not only for children and families, but also for the educators who hold such an important role in their lives.

We have seen the gaps, the challenges, and the emotional load carried in early childhood spaces. We have also seen the powerful transformation that occurs when people feel informed, supported and understood.

This is why Attuned Village was created:
To share our knowledge, strengthen our communities, and create positive change in the wellbeing of children, families and educators locally and globally.

At Attuned Village, our impact extends far beyond a single classroom or family. By empowering educators, parents and carers with knowledge rooted in connection and nervous system understanding, we’re creating a ripple effect that strengthens entire communities.

 Every course, resource and conversation we provide helps an adult feel more supported, more confident and more attuned and this leads to safer, calmer and more nurturing environments for children. As adults grow in understanding, children grow in trust. And from trust, true learning and wellbeing can flourish.Our impact is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for families and educators not only on the Central Coast, but around the world.

Module 1: Understanding the Whole Child
This module explores the foundations of emotional safety and regulation, supporting educators to understand behaviour through a nervous-system lens.
